Principle

    The belt drier materials are uniformly put on the mesh-belt by the material charger. The mesh-belt uses generally 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire net and it is drawn and it is drawn and moved inside the drier by a transmission device.

    The drier is composed of several units. For each unit, the hot air is circulated separately. Some exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture elimination blower. The waste gas is controlled through an adjustment valve.The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with the material from the top to the bottom of from the bottom to the top and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process.

     This process will bring the material water away. The mesh-belt moves slowly. Running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The final products after the drying will fall into the material collector continuously. The top and low circulation units can be freely equpped according to the users demand. The unit number can be selected according to the demand.If used for dehydrated vegetable, in general, adapt three sets of equipment in series, i.e. primary drying section, middle section and final section.

      At primary drying section, because raw material contains high moisture and has poor air prmeability, the spread thickness IS thin and the speed of operation is quick and the drying temperature is high. For raw materials that its drying temperature cannot be permitted over 60, at primary drying section, the drying temperature can be low 120, the stay time of raw material at final drying section will be that of 3-6 times of primary drying section and the spead thickness of raw material will be that of 2-4 times of primary drying section. For raw materials that its drying temperature should not be over 60, adapt about 80 of drying air. Adapt combination of several sections, the properties of drier can be developed better and the drying will be uniform better.
